If you show or buy real estate you've run into these type of people. They are going to invest when they find the "right deal". You take them to every property and they find every reason not to buy the deal. They never plan on opening the door to oppportunity.
By looking though they check the box of they were looking for the right deal. You can only do that for so long before it becomes a waste of time. Successful investors though have a criteria that gets a deal through the door, then they find a way to make it work. It's a balance, but it comes down to mentality.
Are you looking for excuses or looking for a solution. Solution oriented people still reject the majority of deals they look at, but they are in the game. Get in the game.
