I'm reading the 15 Commitments of Conscious Leadership at the moment. One of the core principles of the book is that leaders stay curious. If we can approach problems with a curiousity then they become opportunities to learn and grow.
That small re-frame makes a problem an opportunity. Something we haven't encountered before. It will make us better. Challenges teach us something new about our business and about ourselves. It pushes us to expand and find new problems to solve.
